Sales Executive

As Novex Global continues to scale and expand its national presence, we’re looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive to represent high-profile clients across a range of dynamic marketing campaigns.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you’ll be engaging with diverse audiences through business-to-consumer initiatives, corporate B2B strategies, and hybrid promotional events. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life and creating meaningful brand experiences.

We provide comprehensive training on our clients and services, so you don’t need to be an expert — just someone who can learn quickly, adapt fast, and contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability are essential, particularly for managing day-to-day sales tasks and maintaining GDPR-compliant records when handling customer data.

Management Trainee

As Novex Global continues to grow, we’re investing in the next generation of leaders through a fast-track management training programme designed to accelerate your career.

In response to increasing client demand, this structured programme offers hands-on experience across key areas of our business, with the aim of preparing successful candidates for a leadership role within 12 months.

You’ll begin by working alongside our marketing team, gaining practical skills in customer acquisition, brand representation, and client engagement. From there, you’ll shadow our supervisory team to build leadership confidence and develop team management skills. The final stage includes operational training, giving you insight into campaign management, business strategy, and client portfolio development.

Our programme offers clear milestones and performance-based progression, so your growth is transparent and fully supported from day one.

Second Stage Interview: A Deeper Dive

In this 45–60 minute session — held in person or via video call — we’ll take a closer look at your experience, ambitions, and how they align with the vision and values of Novex Global.

You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of our current client projects, strategic goals, and what the day-to-day of your potential role looks like. We’ll also discuss opportunities for progression, training, and how you can grow with us.

This is a two-way conversation — your chance to ask questions, share your aspirations, and see how you could thrive as part of our team.

Final Interview: Finding the Right Fit

The final stage is a focused 15–20 minute one-on-one conversation with a senior member of our leadership team — held either in person or online.
